Shibumi, If you are still interested in reading up on doing the carbon fiber work (and you're certainly crafty enough to do it from looking at your grill), then you might try doing a google search on "robolop carbon fiber aluminum" and see what you turn up. He drives a BMW 3 series and has done a lot of his own custom work on it, and he does top notch work. More over, you can see how creative this guy is and what he pulls off with simple equipment. I bet money that you'll be inspired by what you see. He's done a lot of real carbon overlays over other parts (interior, etc), and it has turned out incredible.

thanks im definitely still in the market.. i met a gentleman a few months back who took measurements but i havent heard from him since.. that was in april/may... i'll look ur guy up an let u know how it goes... an yeah i've thought about molding my own stuff but w/my busy schedule its gonna be awhile...
