Default what do you think?

I want to take the chrome strips on lower doors, door handles, chrome around windows, grill and the strip above the plate and have them rechromed in BLACK chrome. has anyone seen this done? ive seen the black pearl emblems but never seen anyone redo the chrome like this.

grazio & co does a setup like that -- you can see on their website what it looks like. their stuff is super expensive, though

It would be unique. I personally like the way you have you black on black with chrome accents but if you have the money and intentions then by all means go for it Im curious to see how it would look ive seen it done on Benz's and Beamers but never a Lexus.

On a side note what size tires and wheels are u pushing?

That grazio site is exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks!

My tires are 275-35r20 on back and 255-35r20 on front. Slightly larger then what was recommended. I am in Nebraska and our roads are torn up so I need some cushion.
I had 22s on my 7 series but went thru 3 tires and 2 rims in a month so 20s seem to hold up from the roads.

looks cool. 20s will be the safest for Nebraska. My LS460 came from Nebraska and was serviced at Lexus of Omaha. I guess she saw some hard winters and bad roads before coming to sunny AZ

I never understood tinting your brake lights. Seems dangerous

I did it for a month about 8-9 years ago on my brilliant silver G35 coupe. It looked awesome!!! However I wised up and peeled em off very soon after because it just seemed like a bad idea for daytime driving. But, I did love the way they looked.

with led's not bad and can't go too dark but I think the lights look fine and no need to black them out. maybe a light tint... but then is it worth it just to tint light???? on some cars the it look cool but I think it is just giving the cops something to pull you over for.

Last sentence, PRECISELY!!

I had LEDS on my G35 back in '03, however thats how I justified the lens tint, initially, Still scary!

i purchased the precut tint online and took it to a tint shop. they had to heat it to make it fit rights. but they only charged 50 bucks
