Default Driver Side Lower Than Passenger Side

Taking my 2008 LS460L in for service this weekend with a list of issues. One issue I will bring up again is that the driver side of car is about an inch lower than passenger side. They tell me it's "within specs". How can that be when the naked eye can see it? Advice please.

Doesn't the air suspension have anything to do with it? My driver side is about a little less than a quarter of an inch but I have the Data System installed. Since it is less than a quarter, I don't really care much...but an inch in within spec? No way
Is the floor even?

Yes, floor is even. It just irritates the heck out of me to look at my lopsided car.

I drove my brother E550 this weekend and I am impressed by the comfort that the air ride gives. Pretty cool. I would say the ride was 15% better. My only warning to him was that these air suspension systems usually need repair more frequently that the vehicles or models with the standard suspension set ups
