Default Need input on 07 LWB

Looking at this LS 2007 Lexus LS 460 4dr Sedan LWB ONE-OWNER with just 39.2k miles. Loaded. Would like some input. Is this a good deal? Dealer was asking $43.9K CPO
Offered $39K and dealer came back with $42K as is or CPO $43K 3/100K. Thanks

Drew

It has the luxury package with Rearseat upgrade, intuitive park assist and dynamic cruise control...maintains distance. may have a mini cooler in the backseat. ML 15 speakers awsome sound!

Hard to say without the exact options.

Executive package? If so, 42k for a CPO with ML and under 40k miles would be a fair deal If its the comport plus package, then no that is high.

Drew, go to edmunds.com and enter all the info (options, mileage, location, color). This will give you an idea of how good the deal is priced.

$40ish is a good price if the body outside leather inside is flawless. Where was the car? A lot of dealers buy their cars at Lexus auctions. Check the history. Get the dealer to print out the history form the VIN number. Make sure the oil was changed every 5000 miles. Snow and salt zone, deduct some $k and fight a bit more. KBB.com is a good source.

Don't forget, CPO means you have a 100,000 mile warranty which gives you a lot of piece of mind. You can also purchase another 25,000 miles on top of the 100,000 warranty for about $1500. See if they will throw that in instead of a discount in cash. Well worth it and a good negotiating tactic.

Make sure to look at all the Technical Service Bulletins and see what's been done on that one... I missed the glove box repair and squeaky dash in cold weather ones and now have to live them (over 50k). The B Pillar replacements are very importnat! Search TSB's if you're not sure what I'm talking about.
