Go to edmunds.com and check pricing for a used car with those options and miles. I would think that would give you what it's worth...

i actually did but the prices seem very high. I do not know if its because they have not been updated..07 are a year old in reality..Also have seen 07 LS460 non L listed where edmunds has as its trade in price.

Anywhere from $8k to $10k below MSRP is a fair deal for the car. Invoice is (should be around) usually $10k below MSRP. Someone here may know different, though. With that many miles I would shoot for $10k off. Keep in mind the car has never been titles, and is under full warantee. If financing, demand the buyer rate if you have excellent credit - something like 3% or 4% I think??

i would ask for at least under invoice. i know some people got their brand new ls460 for 2-3k above invoice, so there is no point to pay the same price for a demo car

well i was thinking under invoice..why would i pay invoice for a car that is technically a year old and has been driven..Also used listings are being offered at or below invoice. i do not feel like paying for someone depreciation and use for a year..anyone disagree?

I agree with you, I'd say low ball them... Tell them what you feel comfortable paying for it (since its a used car and all) and let them work on the price from there. What do you have to lose?

that dealer definitely NEEDS to get rid of that car. as people have mentioned, it is technically a "year old" + miles.

Obsidiann is right. 10K off MSRP is a good invoice price. substract holdback and you are looking at around $62500. add in its "used" and you should start your negotiations at 60K.

Im sure there are plenty of manufacturer incentives and rebates to the dealer. add in the fact this ride is eating up "real estate" on their lot, im sure you will get a great deal on this.

good luck!

If you plan on driving the car until its wheels fall off then buy the 07 and call it a day.....

But in my opinion if you might sell it in the future then go for the 08. You will have a car that is "newer", never been used and most probably have a few of the quirks worked out that the 07 might of had. Think Resale Value....
