Question about led bulbs

so i'm interested in changing the interior lights in my rx300 to led lights but i was wonder which produces the most light output/ spread: bigger bulb but less bulbs (4x3) or smaller bulbs but more bulbs (4x4)?

in my 2003 gs300 the doors and the rear lights that go on when the rear door is open i used all panels.

bulb number doesn't matter.

Look for SMD led bulbs... not the traditional ones. SMD can be half the size of traditional LEDs and be twice as bright...
