Best I have been able to tell, you have to remove The bumper to get at it

i did it without removing the whole bumper.. remove the grill (1) 10mm socket. the remove the plastic clips holding grille on each corner.then its easy as pulling the grille forward gently as u release the locking tabs (4).. once the grille is out you'll see a plastic trim w foam tucked behind the bumper trim on either side of the grille opening.bend it down then you'll see 2 wiring harnesses unclip them or bend the metal tabs holding them in place an you'll see the bulb socket reach in an turn it counterclockwise an pop the socket out.

Doesn't the 2825 cross over to the 194/168 bulb style? Seems like the same setup. I know they have that PIAA bulb from Japan that the person did on here, and it seems super bright. Thats the goal, the brighter the light, the more of the "Nike light" shows through..i really want to do this, but been BSN just like fixing my wind noise...

yeah there w there a few crossover bulbs that worked.. but try to find something that has plenty of side view leds bcuz the bulb goes in at a right angle. so if u use a bulb like the 1 i got (which has 8 smd leds on a flat top surface) the light appears dimmer bcuz it has to reflect b4 being seen.

Is the PIAA bulb leds are regular? I like to replace with LEDs if possible.
Also, if someone is doing this, please take a few pics as you remove stuffs to get to it would help greatly. Thanks.
