Adjust auto headlight sensitivity?
One of the personalized settings I see is to adjust the auto light sensor on the headlights to lighter or darker ambient light. Factory is 3 and I want to change mine to 4 so they come on even at dusk. Supposedly can be done through the nav system somehow.
Anyone know how to do that?
Thanks!

From the 2011 Navigation User’s manual:
Push the SETUP button – you see the Setup screen;
Touch Vehicle on the Setup screen – you see the Vehicle Customization screen;
From here touch the Light Settings and make the changes you want.

If you have a 2007-2009 LS, you'll need to have the dealer set it (it should be N/C).
Ask them to set it to "1" The lower the number, the less darkness is required to activate the headlights automatically.
I must tell you, this option doesn't work very well. At "1," the lights will come on earlier at dusk, but it may still take too much dusk for your liking. Just cover the sensor on top of the dash with a magazine or anything opaque, and the lights will come on.

yeah, even just cut a small piece of light window tint and put it on the sensor..that works too. The dealer told me after i had the settings done to turn of my DRL, that i would have to pay for anymore settings..such BS
