What do you say about these rotors for an '08 LS460?

I remember our earlier discussion about the very topic, and it makes sense to me. I don't expect much out of the rotors themselves; I just need them so I can install the ceramic pads as the stock rotors don't seem to have enough strength. I do expect a big difference by switching to ceramic pads.

How many miles on your '08 to require a brake pad and rotor replacement? I'm curious because in anticipation of the next car, this seems like a short maintenance schedule and having to do this routine is $$. If it is for the sake of having it look different then ok.
Our 2-LS has the original rotors and they now have 152K miles on them. Unless some hack turns them, I anticipate these to reach 200K miles. The factory pad is a ceramic compound and thus far average about 65K miles for front pads. The rears are still original but will likely need to be replaced in the next 15K miles. I've been very pleased with the braking system in ours so to read this on a 460 was a different take in my view of the Lexus braking system.
