Replacement tires LS460L

On my 2010 LS460L AWD, I installed Bridgestone Serenity tires. I have been very happy with their smoothness and quietness. My daily commute is a 35-mile drive into mid-town Manhattan. One-half of the drive is on decent highways while the one-half is through NYC potholes.

Michelin MXV4 S8
Two weeks ago I bought a set of MXV4 S8's and really love them. They are quiet and ride nice. I replaced the factory Bridgestones at 24k and am much, much happier with these. I would recommend them highly.

Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus
Anyone have any experience with the new 70,000 mi rated Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Tires? Discount Tire recommended them to me but I am a little gun shy as I burned through a set of Pirelli Nero tires in 6 months and 19K miles. The P7's seem rated high with the exception of snow country, which is not a factor as I live in Phoenix, AZ.

Pirelli cinturato p7
I have Bridgestone serenity plus on my 2010 ls460 - they're really good.
I just put some Pirelli p7 cinturato's on my MB SL 500 - they are really smooth and quiet - more so than the bridestones. I'll likely switch to the pirellis on my ls460 when the time comes.

The Pilot Sport A/S 3's are not available to the general public just yet. At least not in the U.S. at this time. They don't have a specific launch date and are only saying to expect these in the USA around mid summer. I'm surprised nobody has made mention of Continental yet. I'm a Michelin fan through and through for my toys on both 4 and 2 wheels. But for a change I thought I'd give Continental a try and I'm certainly not disappointed. I purchased the Continental ExtremeContact DWS and am very pleased with them. I'm about 10K miles deep so far and I thought for sure at least road noise would have increased by now. But to my surprise they are still performing like new. Extremely quiet and fantastic in wet weather. And they are even impressive in the snow. I would even say it keeps up with the Pilot Sport A/S Plus's. They only drawback to these Conti's in my opinion is the lack of visual curb appeal. Call it what you will, but beyond performance intel I'm looking forward to sporting the Pilot Sport A/S 3's just to have the "checkered flag" logo on the sidewall. I've always thought that was a neat design. 
my new 13 LS came Michelin and they are also nice.
For me it is also about the service. I bought from a local dealer and they get me in and out fast and they do not charge for rotation.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I have the DWS's now and am quite impressed. I've always been a Pilot fan, but for the cost difference I may stick with Conti's until Michelin lowers their price. Either way you can't go wrong. My experience with Pirelli's have been outstanding out the gates, but they quickly lose their performance. And I'm talking about the P-Zero Rosso's.

The problem with new tires is that you are comparing them with the old, worn out tires. So anyone moving from old Bridgestone Serenities with 50,000 miles on them, worn down to the tread bars, cupped, hard and cracked from 5 years of use in all kinds of weather....... well, it's hardly surprising that those new XXXXXXX ride so much nicer! That's why I take the tire rack surveys with a pinch of salt. You notice that the expensive OEM tires invariably fall at the bottom of the survey (with millions of miles of customer experience), while the new less expensive tire-du-jour is up there at the top (with only a couple hundred thousand miles of customer experience). I do think their new tire comparison tests are useful, though as you are comparing new with new on the same cars.
