Brake Hold was also a big fave for me. Fortunately, the new RX has a similar feature that gives you a 2 second Hold on hills when the brake is released. It is activated by depressing the brake pedal a little further than normal when stopped; this is followed by a confirmation beep when on. I expect this handy feature to make its way across other models on new generations.

That's pretty much the way it works in the 2010 E class. I like the steering wheel button on the LS that turns the feature on and off.
