Default 2008 Seat - TSIB

I just had my seat in to the dealer to have the foam replaced. I brought the TSIB in with me and they said they did it, but the seat is still uncomfortable. It has two pokes coming from both sides of the back of the seat. It seems like it should be cushier, and from what i could read on other posts the "seat crease" should be fixed - but on my car it is not. Any ideas on how to get this fixed? For those of you who had it done can you really notice a difference?

i did take it back to the dealer and they sent it off to a auto interior shop who put some extra padding in it. that didnt help either. the next thing they are going to try and do is replace the leather cover and see if that fixes it since the painful spots are where all of the seams meet on the bottom.

Could you please attach a copy or link to the TSIB?

I've had it done on my 08. Some difference, but I still find it less than perfect.

To finish this one out, Lexus of Bellevue in Washington did a great job making this work. The issue is that with something as subjective as an uncomfortable seat they could have easily said that they did the TSIB and that is all they can do for free. So when I took it back a second time they sent the car to a custom interior shop and had them add padding to try and make the seat more comfortable. I got it back and it was not fixed. The TSIB defined my car as not elegible for the seat cover repair so they went back to Lexus and had them send under warranty a new seat cover and they put it on. Well - the problem is better but not fixed. The problem is right where all the seams come together on the bottom seat cushion, so if I feel that it is uncomfortable I simply reach under my butt and push down where the seams come together and it feels much better. Not totally fixed, but fixed enough.

I had this done on my 07 and they did a terrible job. My leather was nice and tight and the seat looked new now after they "fixed" it the leather is all loose and looks like *****.

I will post pics in few.
