So I just bought my car used about a month ago and it only has 29K miles on it so its still under full warranty. When I test drove the car the wind noise was there and I knew it would be fixed under warranty so I was fine with it.
My question is...when I call the dealer to schedule an appointment do I mention tha I want the fixes for the TSB's that reference the wind noise and glove compartment issue or do I just simply complain about them?
I always print out TSBs when taking a vehicle to the dealer. I had a service manager tell me an issue is far more likely to be resolved under warranty with a TSB in hand... little fear of warranty chargeback by the manufacturer.
Hopefully your issue gets resolved. I think many have experienced mixed results.
Thanks for the heads up. I need to schedule an appt for wind noise, glove compartment and I have an AFS alarm that needs to be checked out. I'll keep you guys posted.
