I was looking for under hood engine air filters for my 2007 LS460 and came across the Pentius at Kragen for $10.99. The only other ones that I have seen are the KNN 'lifetime' filters for nearly $50. Anybody have any experience with Pentius products?

I would just use an o/e product from the dealership. I don't think there is a big cost difference. I love K&N, but sometimes I see cars with K&N make more engine noises because most of K&Ns have higher flow rate.

Go to Lexus Steven's Creek's parts counter at Coleman & Brokaw... or any other dealership. You can ask for "Neal" at parts dept. and maybe get some discount by telling him you are from ClubLexus.

I installed dual K & N engine filters. The induction/engine noise was slightly greater than stock. I actually LIKE the sound. Can't attest to any other changes.
