I have an iphone 3g and its paired to the nav system, but it wll not display incoming calls. Online I found that the phone does have some compatibility issues, but onscreen display of incoming calls is not one of them. Has anybody else run into this problem?

 

can you describe more what you mean by not displaying incoming calls? you mean when there is a call, the nav system rings (connected), but on the screen it doesn't say the caller's number? have you tried this when the car is at full stop?

 

It just rings and it says call not supported. Even when I am parked.

 

I had similar prob. with my gs430. But when I'm at stoplight or in park, it showed the number, sometimes the name of the caller. However, in my sc430, it showed name and number no matter if I'm moving or stopped. No idea.

 

No, I don't have that problem with my 3GS I phone...
