Just started looking for an AWD LS430 in the ny area- nobody is giving any significant discounts saying that they are selling their allotment at list and there are few cars available. Anybody have different experience? Now if I want a 2008 there are big discounts.

the car is still very new and first year for awd, i don't think you will see discount for a little while

 

Yes, Edmunds is showing a TMV of $1,000 - $1,500 off MSRP. I've already been offered more and turned it down.

 

In this economy, prices can be had for much more off MSRP, they still have 08's on the lot. Willing to sell anything they can for heavy discounts, and still nobody is buying cars.

Great deals here! Heavily discounted '08s and '09s. Just picked up my '09 LS460L AWD @ $8K discount. Checked out several dealers with prices all over the board. Seems some dealers want the sale more than others. Maybe buy it here and ship it there. They may even arrange delivery Leased an Audi a couple years back from a dealer two hundred miles away. The dealer delivered it to my door.

My guess... by Feb everyone will be "giving" these away.

BTW, dynamic radar cruise rocks.
