TPMS accuracy
I'm a little **** about things like tire pressure, and I keep the TPMS display up most of the time. One thing I've noticed over the past 5-1/2 months is that one of my sensors (the one at the bottom of the list) reads 1 psi higher than the others.
Okay, I know it's no big deal, but I have gone out a number of times and used a good-quality dial gauge to set each tire's pressure precisely the same while the tires are cold, and as soon as I roll out of the garage and get a reading on the TPMS, that one tire always shows 1 psi higher than the others. (And they others show 1 psi higher than my gauge shows, too, but I''m not too surprised at that.)
I know the TPMS is a just fail-safe device, and not intended to be scientifically accurate, but the other cars I've had with it have been really consistent.
Anyone else notice this?

I also keep the tire pressure as my favorite display.
I keep mine as recommended in the tag under the door latch at 38 psi, I also notice the increase after the tire heat up from touching the road.
but I never ran accuracy check.
Just to add my one cent, for high speed drivers, tire pressure must be at the upper limit of the range to prevent tire heat up. Something many people ignore and can kill.
