Must show LPS from the Quick Start Guide.....not the one sheet paper they give to you....you point it out to them on the Quick Start Guide book and they should be "ok" with changing it.....

I agree. I had no problems convincing my dealer to remove the chime.

I had mine done (no charge) from my dealer..both the initial one and the double-time one that goes off if you ignore the first set. I still wear my seat belt regularly, but I don't have those annoying sounds...especially that double-time one! The light is enough to convince me ;-)
