Bluetooth problem
I cannot send a tone with my bluetooth phone. So when the number called responds 'press one for English', I have to pull out the actual phone and hit 1. Very distracting when driving.
On page 151 of the 2008 Nav System owner's manual it gives instructions:- (during a call)
Sending a Tone:-
*'pull the talk switch'
*'say a string of single digits...'
But, when I pull the talk switch, there is no response.
Also, page 152-3 of the manual states:-
When talking on the phone, you can do the following operations:-
*Adjust volume
*mute
*to send a tone touch 0 - 9
Sending a tone:-
*'Touch the desired number to send a tone'
However, the button '0 -9' is greyed out, so I never get to the screen 'Touch Tone'
(This feature is supposed to be available only when the car is stationary. But I can't use it at all.)
Any help would be appreciated.

According to the book, you should be able to do this. But when I try, there's no response.
I don't know if this is a phone problem, or something wrong with the car.
