Default 05 Bluetooth Question

Hello, I just got a LS430, and I can figure out how to pair my phone with the, car and nor can I find the information on how to in my manual, I think it was a separate manual and it got lost.

Could any one explain how to pair the phone to the car.

Thanks

Press the OPTION button on the nav screen

Select Information

Select Telephone

Select Settings

Next to BLUETOOTH select ADD PHONE

Enter the passkey info into your phone when prompted...

It is on Page 117 of the 2005 LEXUS NAVIGATION SYSTEM owners manual..
Off course you will have to have Bluetooth enabled on your phone..

To have a secure link, the screen will display something like 1234 or whatever number, you will then key that in your phone when prompted. Same idea for most Bluetooth devices asking for code.

You can set your pass key to whatever you want.. When you are prompted to enter the pass key into your cell phone.. The pass key will be displayed on the nav. I believe the default is 1212...
