Just thought I'd post the info on the current CDDB version. When I had the NAV upgraded to version 7.1 I also made sure they did the Gracenote CDDB. The latest database version is from 10/07.

I know I'm bumping the oldest thread in the world but, does anyone know what the latest version is for the CDDB? Is it still updated? If not, when did Lexus stop updating it?

Mike...my car (2015 LS460) display shows on the Gracenote Database Update screen "Current Version is Ver 05416". There are no updates shown in the "Update History" tab. I assume you know that starting on the Gracenote website, their support routine kicks you out to Lexus Drivers, where you can enter your car info...LD says no updates available for my car...so I guess I am at the same point as you are...

I had the dealer update the gracenote database when it wouldn't show any info on any of the CDs I have (my 2007 had no problems with this). Still no luck. No information on any CDs comes up with the 2014.

I'll go into the dealer tomorrow and ask what's the latest version.

Is the cost of this like the Navi update, or will they do this while doing a software (calibration) update on this ? I don't really care about spending $170 for the navi update if I don't need to.

Edit: to be honest with you, this part never worked, I took mid 80's and 90's rock bands and dropped a CD in and even ripped one to the internal Hard drive, No data on any of them and they are original CDs, not custom ones.
