A few things.....
1. Does it come with an active suspension?
2. Are the infrared sensors for the A/C just for the rear passengers? What if no one is sitting in the rear seats, then how do they work?
3. Is the washer fluid/wipers heated?
4. Does the dynamic cruise control work in stop and go traffic like the MB
S550? Can it brake by itself at all?

Through the combination of the air spring that absorb shock and the shock absorbers that react quickly
and effectively, this system has achieved great driving dynamics, driving stability and ride comfort in
the higher level.
This system follows the semi-active control (Non-Linear H8 Control) used on the ’06 LS 430. As a result,
excellent maneuverability and stability have been achieved.
Hall IC type height control sensors have been provided.
In addition to the vehicle height adjustment through the height control sensor link used on the ’06 LS430,
a vehicle height adjustment function using a hand-held tester/techstream has been added. For details,
refer to the 2007 LEXUS LS460L/LS460 Repair Manual (Pub. No. RM0360U).
The electric power control ECU sends the load control request signal to the air suspension control ECU
depending on the condition of the battery. Upon receiving the signal, the air suspension control ECU
temporarily limits the power consumption of the system. For details, refer to Electric Power Control
is standard equipment on all models.
In order to improve comfortableness of all occupants, the multi-zone automatic climate control for
independently regulating the outlet air temperatures of both front and rear seats and automatic air
conditioning using neural network control, are provided as option. The IR (Infrared Rays) matrix sensor
for detecting the surface temperature of the rear occupants, as option on long body vehicle
determines the lane in which the driver’s own vehicle and the vehicle ahead are
traveling. Thus, the system is able to maintain the proper vehicle-to-vehicle
distance in accordance with the vehicle speed, and allows the vehicle to be driven
under follow-up control.
The driver can operate the distance control switch on the steering wheel to select
the vehicle-to-vehicle distance in three stages: long, middle, and short.
This mode consists mainly of four controls: constant speed control, deceleration
control, follow-up control, and acceleration control.
The illustrations below show control examples while the driver’s own vehicle
is operating at 100 km/h (62 mph), and the vehicle ahead is operating at 80
km/h (50 mph).
The driving support ECU increases and decreases the vehicle speed by
controlling the engine and brakes through the motive force request signals.

2. IIRC, the infrared sensors are for the rear seat, and measure both the seat temperature and the forehead temperature of the occupant. Should the seats not be occupied, I assume then the A/C will revert to 'default' mode
3. I am not aware of the heated washer fluid feature on Lexus vehicles; they are available however on the S 550, GM luxury cars such as the Lucerne and Cadillac. http://www.forbesautos.com/advice/to...her-fluid.html There may be an aftermarket version.
4. Dynamic cruise control on the LS 460 L does not brake in stop and go traffic like the S 550. It will however slow down and can be set distance in several modes; plus it has the near collision/approach warning system in most packages.

As for the brake lights, the emergency brake signal feature is only available on EU-market LS 460s, I think that's related.
