I put all weather mats on top of my mats. I purchased them at mats.com.

I do the same thing Craig. And when you think of it, its getting ridiculous. First of all, the floor is carpeted. Then we put carpeted mats on top to protect the carpets. Then we put all weather rubber mats on top of the carpeted mats to protect them.

I think I'm going to market ultra thin carpet mats to protect the all weather mats!

 

i have seen the premium carpet mats in person and didnt see the value in the extra $$$

 

Do they vacuum themselves for that price?

I'm not all that happy with my LS460 car mats. I don't know why, but all I have to do is look at them and they get dirty. I absolutely can not keep them clean, no many how many times I get them shampooed. I have the cashmere interior, which I know is a light color, but it is the exact same color my LS430 was, and I had no problem keeping those mats clean. I can't figure out why, but these new mats seem to attract and retain any dirt that comes their way. They look terrible unless I'm just driving home from the car wash and nobody has sat in the seats yet.

 

That's why I got the Lexus All Weather mats. I just wish the driver's mat covered the dead pedal.
