Sweet pics!!! That's the closest I've seen to the underside of an actual production LS! Thx.

My goodness. The car looks tough!! Everything looks so nicely done underhood and rock solid. Maybe that is why the new LS gained a couple hundred pounds of weight.

The car itself its a work of art. i have a video clip of the combination meter when the engine is first started and the XM radio traffic report system that provides traffic information in real time which works with the factory Gen. 5 nav. system, i'll get that up as soon as i can.

the new 1UR-FSE engine is not that different than the 2GR-FSE series engine, it has a impressive torque band and coupled with the new 8 speed, the car is smooth and very fast. i saw the LS460L with all the goodies include the upgraded rear seat system and RSES, its very impressive what Lexus had done with the car during the R&D period, they definally placed close attention to all the small details. from what i was told, the engineers had spend alot of time to redesign the door hinges for the proper door sound that they were looking for when the doors are shut. definally A+ for effort.

they did leave out the LKA (lane keep assist) system in the 460 and was told the system will be available when the 600h is released. cant wait to see that.

The car looks like a vault, reminds you of the 80s benzes. It seems like outside the hypocrite english controlled media, everyone unanimously agrees that LS is the new gold-standard of luxury along with benz.

Now if only they could make something to compete with that turd called rolls-rolls phantom.

The nav screen is 8 inches., which is one inch more than it was in the LS 430

The Canadian Lexus web site makes that perfectly clear. The U.S. Web site doesn't say.

yeah i thought it's 8" as well. comparing to the 9" lcd screen in the back it still looks smaller.
