Default P0015

Hello
I have an LS460.
A 1UR-FSE with 44k miles was installed by Toyota due to my old motor going out.
It has driven fine for 2600 miles before its first CEL appeared. (P0015)
I replaced the solenoid with a brand new oem one. Cleared the code and it reappeared after 1.5 hours of driving.
I replaced the vvt pigtail connector cleared the code and it lasted 6.5 hours and 200+ miles of driving before the CEL reappeared again with the same p0015 code.
No rattle on startup or signs of a bad cam phaser or timing chain. It drives amazing and the CEL stays away after clearing the code. It only appears when hot and after long drives. The motor was also bore scoped before install.
Can anyone let me know what you think it is?
I was seeing it could be a cam shaft position sensor or the VVT filter screen. I just cannot find the location of the VVT filter screen on the right side (driver side) of the motor.
Thank you.

You saying, you looking for the filter on the driver's side, but P0015 is the code for the bank 1, which is the passenger (right) side of the car. Maybe you replaced wrong solenoid?
