Suspension noise back
I purchased a new 2025 ES350 base model and after 1000 miles I developed a clunking noise going over bumps over 15 mph from the driver front wheel.
I took in to the dealer twice and test drove it with their Master Technician and was able to recreate the sound. It turned out to be that the ft. left strut top
nut was not torqued to specs and that fixed the problem completely. He told me that coincidentally he got another car in right after mine with the exact
same problem.

I had same issue, mainly left front. OEM upper arms new, OEM revised lower control arms new. Still had noise, solution lower black control arms. They looked fine, I replaced with cheap chinese ones. Surprise, noise is gone. Will replace with new OEM in the near future. Prior to fixing. I also replaced struts, mounts, bellows, bump stops, sway bar links, sway bar bushings. Noise was still there. Black control arms, last thing to replace, were source of noise. Just my 2 cents.

that’s basically where I feel it on my left foot when driving. My new one just arrived hopefully warmer here soon where I can be outside and tackle it. So frustrating. Thank you for your input.
