Default Lexus LS460L headlight and night vision problem solution

Hello guys, I have a 2014 Lexus LS460 and I have a problem with the headlights.
In the morning there is no problem with it, but when the sun goes down and night begins to fall, a check the PCS. I conducted a comprehensive computer check and it turned out that the problem is with the night vision, specifically with the front lights.
But when I turn on the high beam at night, I don't have any problems and all the car's systems work, but it is not reasonable for me to turn on the high beam all the time.
Note that the low beam lamp is not original, but Chinese, but the shape and number are the same and completely similar.
I hope that anyone who has a solution will help me as soon as possible. Thank you for your efforts.

Assuming your infrared bulbs aren't burnt out I noticed the leading edge of your hood is chipped up pretty good and if the Lexus emblem sensor in the grill and/or the windshield is chipped or sand blasted in the camera area it can cause problems. From the first picture you have HID D4S bulbs that are high/low beams combined and in the outer lenses only, the inner lenses are for infrared lights that work with your camera for the night vision.

You mean the lens on the left?
Don't forget, as I mentioned, my night vision works perfectly when I turn on the high beam.
What type of bulbs are they, whether X-rays or lighting?

I will share a video
As we notice in the video, the system works perfectly at speeds of 20 km/h.
At the same time, if you turn on the high beam, the system works, but if you turn off the high beam, the system stops working.

The 2 inner lenses/projectors house the near infrared lights, the outers are your headlights which I don't believe should have anything to do with the night vision but I'm not sure of that.
Did the bulb you changed look like this one?

Yes it looks like you could explain to me where the infrared device could be.

From what I saw watching the video when you dimmed the lights at the same time you slowed down, the system works from 10mph/16kph. does it shut off if you dim your lights at 30 kph?

Yes, the system is disabled, but if the light is strong, it is active and never stops.

Did you replace the bulb to attempt to fix this issue or was it existing before ?

No, the problem has existed since I bought the car. I don’t know if the lights have been replaced or not.

Ok, what is the solution? It is not reasonable for me to have the high beams on all the time.

It's possible the problem could be the infrared lighting so if you want to look at them this picture shows you where the access would be in a car with LKA/night vision, on the drivers side you need to remove the first cover close to the fender and looking down by the windshield washer you should see a removable cover in the area the arrow is pointing at, the passenger side is more involved. If you decide to remove anything wear rubber gloves, also what codes did you get when you scanned the car?
