My car doesn't have them so I can't say for sure but this video has been floating around this forum a few days ago, maybe he mentions the part numbers. I would just take the cover off and read the part number off the bulb if there is one there. They do call it an infrared source.
I listened to 18 painful minutes of this soap opera just to find out he didn't mention the part#, He did however mention that that the PCS system works only when the headlights are on auto which I can't confirm or deny. Have you ever tried with the lights on auto?
Well a burnt out bulb will have the same effect as a missing bulb, if it's similar to a halogen bulb and costs $35 per bulb I would just change them both...find out what codes you have.
I looked for the paper when I bought the car.
Adaptive highbeam system (AHS) ( 1 DTC )
code1 : B2438 Camera detection fault
night view ( 2 DTCs )
code2 : B2826 Near infrared projector fault

I haven't been able to find those codes, I will look tomorrow. I have no idea what the part # is for those bulbs. Why don't you just take yours out and the mystery will be solved?
You had better hope the issue isn't the front camera...I doubt that it is though.
