Default Misfire help!

I have a 2010 LS460 about 2 weeks ago I was driving home from work (about a 10 minute trip) and boom check engine light is flashing and traction control light comes on so I pull over and have my buddy scan it (Cylinder 8 misfire) pop the coil pig tail off and no change in idle so that confirmed it! And when reconnecting the pigtail the misfire goes away until I made it home then both lights came on with this occurrence I decided I would replace the ignition coil and the spark plug.

For the parts I went directly to the dealership (new coil & plug) after replacing the coil and plug I drove around for about 15 minutes and everything was great until…… the 2 lights come back so to rule out a crap coil from the dealership the new coil on cylinder 8 was swapped for the coil on cylinder 6 and then the test drive goes for about 10-15 and the light is back and car returns to driving like crap

Has anyone here heard of this issue or had a similar problem??

There are too many unknowns without errors codes.

Most likely you have a valve cover leak down on the plugs.
did you noticed any oil in the old plugs?
