Missing front parking sensor harness

Recently purchased the car and in the front it seems like there’s black looking inserts in the bumper, but when I peaked in there, it’s not parking sensors and there’s no wiring harness. If I purchase a wiring harness and sensors where do I plug the harness into on the car end? Car was in an accident and it looks like a half assed tried to fix things.

Are you sure your car came with parking assist? It was an option. Do you have this button on the dash left and under the steering wheel?
