Squeaking Starter?

It’s cold now here in Vermont. Yesterday morning for the first time I heard a couple of little squeaks from the starter motor as it engaged.
Am I in trouble?

Does it fail to engage at any any point? It is likely on its way out.

No hesitation to engage. Forgot to add: 2012 LS460AWD, 133,000 miles.
