My 2015 Lexus LS460L has about 125,000 miles on it, and one side of struts are going out. I am planning on replacing all 4 struts, but I am wondering if I should use quick struts or get KYB strut / strut mounts, and have the oem springs remounted. Quick struts I am looking at are on RockAuto, FCS brand (or FCS in back, Monroe in front). Any suggestions helpful, and would be greatly appreciated!
My understanding that the OEM springs, it's best to keep them. If you want an exact same ride, OEM struts too, but others have used quality brands, close to OEM.
Ok, I admit some are to bled. But, don't you agree that as soon as, shock is mounted and you drive the vehicle will it bounce the shock more times than needed. I think that bleeding is redundant.

If you can afford OEM, then that's the obvious answer.
If not, KYBs are generally considered very good aftermarket options. I just replaced the rears in my 2007 LS460, original, with 150K miles, with KYB and will be doing the fronts soon. The difference the rears made was impressive. However, one was leaking and weaker than the other leading to a weird left-to-right bounce behavior. I am happy with them, longevity remains to be seen. BTW the shocks were about $140ea and I believe are available on Rock Auto.
