Hi guys, so I have my 2012 LS460 AWD with 157k km on the dash and recently I have replaced all the front suspension parts (Struts, Upper Forward, Upper Rear and Lower control arms) and decided to get a wheel alignment to finish the work.
However, after the shop did the alignment, they told me that all the lights came on and they couldn't get rid of them.
The warning messages: ABS, VSC off, Brake system... But there was only one code, the C1203, which indicates the ECM has some issues.
I searched thoroughly on Youtube and the forum and haven't found an effective solution.
The shop claimed they disconnected the negative terminal while doing the job and they followed the calibration procedure.
I tried using an OBD scanner to reset the memory, got into test mode, have ABS & VSC flashing, and cleared them. (Got these steps from Youtube) But the lights came back on immediately.
At this moment I started to suspect some cables got disconnected/ they messed up with something, but the shop claimed they didnt even unscrew anything.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you very much.
Could it be due to the steering wheel not being centered? I remember having something of that nature on my 2012 Toyota Avalon after I bent lower control arm. After we replaced that control arm and did wheel alignment had to do steering angle sensor calibration.

The alignment shop said they tried to calibrate the steering angel sensor and once they did it the lights came on, it most likely be the cause tho.
According to Lexus disconnecting the battery will sometimes cause the steering wheel to be off centre, you don't really need techstream to do this if the wheel is centered after the procedure you're good otherwise the alignment shop made a mistake of some sort. That code is a communication issue I think, you could also try disconnecting the battery again and see if that helps.
Seems they cleared the ABS controller memory, then performed steering angle sensor calibration which is the correct thing to do after a wheel alignment.
Next, they must perform Zero Point Calibration of the yaw rate sensor. This is found in the ABS module utilities, select "Test Mode".

what does that do exactly? Is it harmful to do just because?
