Old age makes getting in and out of my 65k mile UL too painful. I just bought a new RAV4 hybrid. The seat height is now painless. I looked at the NX but found it to be too firm of a suspension. I listed my LS in our classified section. I plan on continuing to visit and post here.
That car's a beauty! someone will snap that up pretty damn quick. I've been shopping for a hybrid too but a used one...premium up here is $1.65 a litre now so it's starting to hurt a bit filling the 460.
Good luck with the Rav4.
Very nice car and well taken care of! My wife had an NX as a loaner while her GX was in for work. Seems like everything new on Lexus is firm....suspensions, seats, etc. I also didn't like the sifter on the NX. I took it around the neighborhood some, and I couldn't figure out how to put it in park! You just push the P button (had to Google that while the car was stopped), but no other gears are push button. Also, you have to perform this weird exercise to get it in and out of gear. The electric door handles were awkward as well. It seemed like a decent car otherwise. I got out of that thing being thankful for my ES and LS without all that unnecessary crap.
Look what you started Lol, decided against a hybrid when I found this. One owner no accident car with 90k miles, not the crazy high revving 9th gen...this is 10th gen 2.4L/ 158hp/ 162 tq/ 5 speed/ 2800 lbs... Very fun to drive... made in Canada eh. Not selling the 460 though.

I love those! I had an 09 S that was really reliable, great on gas, and super easy to work on/maintain. The S and XRS look sharp. The interior is very cheap, but they’re decent cars. I had the noisy vvti cam gear that needed fixed, but the car was totaled before it got done. Not as much of a fan of the 14+ model years.
I honestly thought about getting another one to replace the ES when it’s time since I commute and drive a ton of miles, but most have too many miles, and they’ve aged. I don’t think I can give up an ES as a daily, especially a UL with ML and step back down to a Corolla. I spend a lot of time in the car. The Corolla seats are back busters too. The plus side would be saving $10k by buying a cheaper daily replacement.
They had good aftermarket support for the 2zz, I replaced quite a few celica gts engines for the mis-shift problems that grenaded engines and some trannies back then...same engine.

This thread went me looking for a 2ZZ car today, I didn't find any decent ones though......it's a really fun engine and I've only ever driven one but it stood out as a fun 4 for sure
I am too looking to replace my LS however, I was looking at GX, LX or Tundra (before the newest V6). I was wondering if you looked at RX hybrid?
Thank you all for the support. I drove the RXh, it was very nice. It was a bit too high to get into and I’m 6’2”. The price for the options I “need” would have put the price well over $65k. Even if money were not an issue, limited choices new and used. I can really empathize with others who have found choices to be limited. I do believe I’ll be happy with the RAV4h. I’m getting used to it already and enjoying the tech advances well beyond my 2013 LS. Wireless Apple CarPlay is really nice.
