My 2014 LS460 has very dim front parking lights. Do these lights have a ballast? Separate capacitors?

 

Those are worn out drl led's, you should be able to turn them off in settings.

 

Yes, no way to replace leds. The whole headlight assembly must be replaced. Cheaper to turn off in settings.

 

Get some cheap white led strips from amazon, glue them over your headlights, wire it into the cabin AUX power. and BooM! new DRLs. jk, jk, Gerf, and swfla are right, they're integrated into the headlight assembly. Mine are very dim and not balanced, I just live with it.
