I went to this site and I love this option just not sure what all parts wi would need to convert I would want to order and have installed right away so scared to miss something mechanic might need, gotta be a post where someone lost all parts you need. Because this would be maybe $2000 total which is much more reasonable.
QUOTE=Gerf;11710944]What is stopping you from getting non air struts from a 2015 ls460l ? you would have to buy all the other associated parts springs mounts etc and leave the avs actuators connected to avoid having a warning light on but it would be cheaper for sure. Looks like the fronts bolt on to the existing strut forks you already have.

Ok you were right the front are bad but rear are ok after taking it to Lexus dealer today for Oil change, so now the questions becomes how much am I willing to pay, still 2 new front are $7k at Lexus, and it jsut seems wild that aftermarket are like $600-700 for 2. Scared that quality wont be be there, of the 3 you replaced which direction did you go OEM or aftermarket.

I'm assuming you are referencing my response. All work up to 230k was done at the dealer using OEM parts. They were replaced twice, once a 71k and 171k. Below are all maintenance and repairs done for first 250k miles. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...e-repairs.html

Yes I was just didn't know if I should go with OEM $$$ or if you replied on the aftermarket for shocks as they were replaced so often. But that helps then it is likely that aftermarket would last even less time…thanks for timely response trying to figure this thing out.
