Lexus ls600hl transmission shifting problem
Note that there is nothing to shift in the hybrid transmission of the LS600h. There are no clutch plates or valves. All of the gears are meshed all of the time. There's basically a bunch of gears and two electric motors / generators.
There is a 6 page procedure for changing the oil though, but it boils down to making sure the oil temperature is correct, then making sure it's circulating through the oil cooler, then checking that the level is correct.

I see. So it wasn’t giving you problems. You just decided to change it thinking it was a good preventative measure. In the future it’s best to just follow the owners manual.
Changing it will not cause any issues if you change it according to Toyota/Lexus procedures. 100,000 is when to start checking. All oil breaks down so I have the dealer change all of mine. No issues, ever.
Finally, my car has been fixed I just checked the gear oil level again which is 1.5L was extra in it. machine removed it now my car working perfectly. thank you so much guys for helping me out. especially thanks to @evansj
