Hello all Happy New Year my 2007 LS460L has been a dream car I’m the second owner had it since 2010. I have 110k miles and never had any issues and 3 weeks ago the Check VSC and PCS lights came on so my mechanic said it was POI38 + P0158 and they Removed and replaced Bank 1 and 2 sensors. It was fine for a few weeks I drove to Florida from NJ Drove about 1 thousand miles and now PO 430 came on saying Catalyst system Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2. So I was able to clear the code with my reader but have to make the trip back to NJ and wondering if the knowledge that this forum possesses might have some insight into what’s happening and is it safe to drive. I already spent over 1thousand dollars on the sensors I had replaced in NJ. Thanks in advance for your help

Good suggestion, check oil and coolant. If either is getting into cylinders, lots of potential issues. The valley coolant leak as well as piston rings can happen to a Lexus as old as yours.

So you’re saying my oil or coolant could be low? I just had a synthetic oil change and service before I left for Florida. I will double check it
