Question Is it possible to add options?

Hi all, I just upgraded from an '07 ES350 to an '08 LS460!

I was wondering if it is possible to add some factory options to the car. Specifically, I was curious about adding seat memory settings to the passenger seat.

Am I able to just buy a used door panel with the option and wire it up somehow? How difficult would it be?

Thanks all!

I don't think it is possible without spending too much time and money. From what I've seen you would have to replace factory wiring harnesses, some computer modules and probably seat harnesses as well. Not sure if it worth the effort.

Dang that's super disappointing, but thank you.

There are people in existence (myself included) that undertook similar projects. It involves having all possible documentation and diagrams, lots of parts to try and sheer luck (e.g. I never cared about seats - mine was loaded interior wise - but I wouldn't be amazed if configuration is written into Body ECU (aka dr.side J/B) and if that's the case - hard no on adding memory [easy way].
One of my techs replaced his Highlander front seats with LS ones, quite comfy. He managed to make it adjust all ways but don't think he messed with memory.
