On my 09 SWB AWD memory seats in back are included in the Comfort Plus Seating pkg. Which is in the Luxury Value Edition pkg. Standard memory items include driver seat, steering wheel and outside mirrors on mine.

This reminds me of some comedian I heard talk about the passenger airbag and how the car he had allowed him to disable the airbag. He said a replacement airbag costs $1000, so he had to gauge the "worth" of the passenger with him as to whether he would leave the airbag on or disable it!
