Need To Replace Inner Tail Light
My daughter backed into a trailer hitch and cracked the inner passenger side tail light. I bought a good used one from Ebay and she's coming back from college next week to spend the Christmas holiday with us. I want to switch out the damaged one while she is here, but there is nothing on the internet (that I can find) besides people talking about replacing bulbs. One youtube video has a guy removing the entire trunk lid lining to replace the bulbs, but he seems to be destroying the clips. If this is what I have to do, I will probably also destroy them.
Are these the trunk liner clips?
Also, has anyone done this job and have any tips to share?

They come out quite easy with a plastic pry tool (interior trim removal tool), they can be found for just a couple bucks. Totally reusable if you don’t rip them out like a Neanderthal. If I remember correctly it’s like three 10mm nuts to remove the inner light assembly. Very straightforward
