Default Clesior v/s ls 430

Do these two cars share a common platfrom.If so is it possible to swap the ls 430 ecu with celsior ecu.Have anyone of u tried this?

Common platform? Yes. Celsior is the name for LS430 in Japan. Swap ECU? Which ECU, there are many?

It might be coded differently for EPA requirements too. It would be a drag to not pass the smog inspection.
