Wheels spacers
Looking to put spacers on my rear wheels because they’re super tucked in stock. I’m thinking about buying the 25mm H&R DRM ones, which are the ones that come with studs already on the spacers, rather than separate spacers and studs. Wondering 1) are the H&R ones good quality spacers and I would appreciate some insights about your experiences with them? 2) Will having spacers bolted on the hub and then the wheel bolted on the spacers be a lot unsafer than bolting the wheel AND the spacer onto the hub using extended studs? In other words, is it unsafe for there to be 2 “mechanisms holding the wheel to the hub (combined spacer and studs attached to the hub, and then wheel attached to spacer), as opposed to 1 mechanism (spacer with independent studs holding the wheel to the hub)? And 3) if I make the rear wheels wider by 25mm, will the back wheels stick out a lot more than the front ones, which I plan to keep stock?

I started out with 20mm's on all 4 but it was still too far in, have 25's all around now and it's just about perfect for me. Mine is a 2013 so a little different body style and has et35 wheels. If you're going with 25's you need the DRM's
I've only ran them for 3k kilometres so far but haven't had any problems, just install them correctly and get a decent set.

Don't buy crap. H&R is good or if it were me, I'd go Kyo-Ei. I think the preferred combo was 15mm front, 25mm rear?
Not sure if you can buy Kyo-Ei in the states easily, I'd just go to Yahoo Auctions Japan and use a third party service to buy/ship them.

I've had wheel spacers on a few cars (this one included) and always go with H&R; never had any issues, vibrations, etc.
I have never personally used the ones that bolt on to the hub so I can't speak to those, but if you install them right I'm sure they would be fine (h&r don't sell junk, made in Germany, etc).
