Driver door- latch
Hi all. I have read about and watched videos on replacing the driver door lock actuator, bu t I don't think that is necessarily my problem on my 2002 LS430. The lock on all doors shows as locking and unlocking, but the driver door will not latch. It literally will not stay closed. Tough to drive that way. Has anyone had the experience? I have manually manipulated the latch as if opening and shutting the door but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AUS430 seems to have you covered with that thread link. I just thought I'd throw out that in addition to the website that thread author lists, once you have the part number, some other sites are:
ebay.com - I'm amazed at the OEM and non-OEM parts that can be found there.
LexusPartsNow.com - great site. I ordered something from them and it was solid quality.
rockauto.com - I've seen them mentioned a bunch and bought something from them and was happy with it.
Just some more resources if that site doesn't have what you need. Good luck!
