Default Issues with ECM

Hey Everyone!

My Ls430 ‘05 had its check engine, VSC off and Trac off light on. I scanned it with a Foxwell scanner but got some generic codes. Took it to the mechanic .Mechanic quoted me $2500 to fix. He said that the car can’t communicate with the modules. I am pretty sure this is an ECM issue and I can fix it myselfby rebuilding it. Just wanted a second opinion. Here are the codes:

Thank you in advance.

The first thing I'd check would be that your battery is 100% good. Dying batteries can cause the LS to throw a variety of codes.

The second thing I'd check is that the acceleration/yaw sensor that is under the center console hasn't become unplugged, especially if you have had that area apart.
Most of those codes are what you get if you unplug it. I tested that because I wanted to play at drifting my LS on some worn out tyres and it wouldn't let me. <LOL>
Once you plug it in again, and restart the engine, the lights on the dash go out and everything works again, but you will still need to reset the historical codes in the ECU.

Thank you! I was thinking of sending my Ecu/Ecm to Siaelec to get it reubuilt. Hopefully that will fix everything. I will try testing out the battery and check the YAW sensor. I will keep you updated.

Likely just a battery terminal issue or the battery itself is on it’s last leg.
Batteries typically die in the warmer summer months.

Default System Flash (2005 Lexus Ls430)

Hey Guys, I just received my ECM from SIA Electronics (2005 Ls430) after getting it rebuilt for harsh shifts(code C1201). The tech suggested that I get the system flashed as I have “CAN data/communication”. I called Sia to inquire about it and they said to go to a locksmith to get it flashed.
-Has anyone ever got there system flashed?
-If so, how much did it cost?
-Did it fix any of the issues below? Greatly appreciate any help!
