any suggestions on which trunk supports to get found some on rock auto for $15 but don't know which ones to get

 

I just installed new trunk struts on my new to me 2004 LS 430. I purchased the Strong Arm brand from Amazon. These struts were repeatedly recommended by other Club Lexus members. The Strong Arm model # is 6415 and they were $28.14 from Amazon. Installation was super easy taking all of about 5 minutes.

 

went with the sachs it had a heart next to it on the rock auto site lol

 

My experience over 15 years in a 2004 UL is Strong Arm is the best quality for your money.

 

Just had some Strong Arms installed. Opens so easily now. Harder to close though, lol.

STABILUS have a life time warranty. O'Reilly Auto Parts or I think Autozone might have them.

 

Just installed two bought on Amazon. Took 1/2 hour to install. They work fine.

 

Ordered the Sachs from rock auto Stabilus was the contents I got turns out Sachs and stabilus are related Anyways 5 minute install and works great $53 with shipping
