I swapped out the motor for the telescoping steering wheel. Now that it’s all put back together neither the telescope nor tilt feature works. It’s like there is no power. Not even a click when I try to move the wheel in/out or up/down. I confirmed all wire harnesses are plugged in and the fuse in the driver’s door well is in place and good.

Am I missing something?
