steering wheel not adjusting
steering wheel not adjusting with **** on side.
When i move the **** in and out it works but not when i try to go up and down.

Motor is not turning, but I hear a click and the wheel moves just a touch but that's it.

Any other ideas ?
Is there a fuse? Where would the fuse box be?
