Default Luxury package but no nav?

I found a listing for a 2004, and the listing included "Luxury Package." However, the vehicle has no nav system.

I looked at this thread to determine what is included in the verious option packages:

Is there some other "Luxury Package" that does not include nav? or is the dealer fibbing on this one?

IIRC some European cars, also some domestic delivered in Hawaii, had slightly different option packages.
Run the VIN through the Lexus drivers website it will show where the car was originally sold.

Maybe the seller meant "Premium Package" which included "Intuitive Parking Assist • Front climate-comfort seats with heat/cool **** • Rear-seat heaters".

It was originally sold by Lexus Santa Monica. The specs include Premium Package, but no "luxury package" as stated in the current listing. The current listing states "Premium Package, Luxury Package," so this dealer is either engaging in puffery or they don't know what they're doing.

That's nice, but does it apply to the 2004?

Yes, 2004 through 2006 model LS430's are essentially of the same design.

It’s most likely a Premium Package LS. Supposedly LS’ with the Ultra Luxury package sold in Hawaii were available without navigation. I have only seen one like that in the U.S.

Most dealers lie about the options on these cars. Many are incorrectly advertised as “Luxury Package” or “Fully Loaded” but are actually Base/Premium/Modern Luxury packaged cars. I worked for a Lexus dealership and actual Ultra Luxury LS’ were rare.
