Power window motor question
Hello,
I read some comments and searched everywhere, but found no
definite answer.
02 LS430:
When replacing window lift motor - does it need to be programmed or installed
in certain position, or just simply replaced?
Thank you in advance

Post #3 in this thread was something I overlooked doing when replacing my motor!
zip tying the regulator so the new motor goes in right where the old one came out is something else they called out that I didnt do either. I feel like I hear a bit if a clicking sound when it goes up that I never heard before that might be why...

Thank you for a link, but:
The guy says run motor for 10 sec. but the next post says 4 sec.
So which is correct?
Also FMI what does it accomplish? Motor is a motor and I guess
it will spin as long as a power is applied. Are there any limiters built in?
Tx
